"Making the decision to work with Linda was the most important step I took in bringing my body to a new level. I was able to achieve the best shape of my life and win my first Figure Competition. Since my competition in May 2001, I have continued to make more positive improvements from the knowledge I acquired from Linda.

I began working with Linda online in Oct 2000, 7 months prior to my Figure Competition. I had a good foundation from 13 years of weight training but struggled with building muscle while reducing my bodyfat. In the 7 months I worked with Linda via e-mail, digital pictures and telephone I was able to restructure my diet, training and cardio program. I made significant changes in that time dropping my weight from 132 pounds/18% bodyfat to 117 pounds and 9% bodyfat for my competition.

As my competition drew closer Linda choreographed my routine on video tape, critiqued my poses via digital pictures and held my hand through the complete competition process. I kept in tough with Linda on competition day on my cell phone and was thrilled to call her after the show to tell her I took first place at the NABBA Keystone Figure Competition. Since then I used the knowledge I acquired to continue my training on my own and added 5 pounds of muscle in the next 16 months.

"This was my first competition and one of my friends encouraged me to compete, but I have no knowledge of how to diet or prepare for the show.

I found Linda in one of the WNSO sponsored workshops and after the workshop I asked her to help me out. She explained everything to me and taught me principles of cutting down bodyfat and getting into competitive shape. She also put my dance routine together for the show.

I am 6 ft tall and before I started training with Linda (5 weeks out) I was 214 lbs and at the competition I was ripped 182 lbs. I competed at WNSO show at Centennial Theatre on March 27th, 2004 and got 3rd place in Light Heavyweight division. I started dieting really late, but my hard work and Linda's help got me a placing at the show and I was very happy with the results.  Linda works hard with you and keeps you on track. "

I have been a member of the buff camp since April 2006 I have found it very beneficial in many areas from new training and diet programs to one on one with Linda for support and guidance all the way. She is great, very personable and knowledgeable at the same time. She takes time to develop each program so they are individualized for that clients goal and challenging as well,but also understands that life sometimes throws us obstacles that may set us back ....she helps you get back on track.
In working with the buff camp I personally have gained strength in areas that have been weak in the past and had some body composition change as well.I have done two other Galaxy shows in the U.S but looking to do my first local figure show with some of the other gals from the buff camp in November 2007,I think it's a great opportunity for support and motivation for all of us.

I've been training on and off with Linda for 5 years. She has a wealth of experience and knowldege. I keep going back to Linda because I trust her. Throughout my journey, she has supported me in the gym and online. What I find most impressive about Linda is her dedication to her clients. She goes above and beyond your typical trainer. Initially when I started, I had about 60lbs to lose. With Linda's diet and training, I lost that weight in 6 months. She didn't have me doing anything crazy . It was challenging yet reasonable. The thought of turning 40 instilled a sense of dread in me like no other birthday ever had. I only had 3 months before the next competition in my area, and so I needed to get on an intense program immediately. I decided the on-line was the most effective route I could take, because of how comprehensive Linda’s training program was (which included training, diet and choreography guidance) and the affordability that the on-line program offered.

The training program was intense but it was clearly laid out which made it easy to follow, which also helped me to be focused and disciplined with what I had to do. There were times that I would be training at the gym at midnight, because that was the only time I could spare in my day.
The clean diet also was a good reminder of being consciencious of what we put in our bodies. Being a vegetarian, I initially thought that I would challenged to incorporate the amount of protein that was required. During the training, I felt better about my body than I ever had in my life, and I am looking forward to returning to that lifestyle. I am thankful for training program and tools that Buff Camp have provided me, which I will use for the rest of my life.
